Robert K Laursen; Joan M Laursen Carroll County; State of Maryiand All persons that have or claim to have any interest in the property identified in the Tax Rolls of the Director of’Treasury Collector of State and County taxes for Carroll County LT - 0.572 ACS E/S Old Hanover Rd NE of Cherrytown, Acct No. 03-0-000362-00 Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the property described as follows, sold by the Collector of Taxes for Carroll County and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding: LT - 0.572 ACS E/S Old Hanover Rd, NE of Cherryiown, Acct No. 03-0-000362-00 The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 18th of ApriI, 2019, by the Circuit Court for Carroll County, ORDERED, that this notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Carroll County once a week for three successive weeks before May 30th 2019, warning all persons interest in said properties to be and appear in this Court by June 15th 2019, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the said property and vesting in the Plaintiff a fee simple title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
