Notice of Availability of an Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact for Implementation of the 2018 Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan Fort Belvoir, Virginia Interested parties are hereby notified that the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Belvoir has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, and regulations implementing the procedural provisions of the NEPA, 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1500-1508, and Environmental Analysis of Army Actions, 32 CFR 651. The EA analyzes the potential environmental impacts that may occur as a result of the implementation of the 2018 Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) for U.S. Army Garrison Fort Belvoir. The EA is incorporated by reference in the Draft FNSI. Based on the EA, the Army has determined that implementation of the Proposed Action would have no significant adverse direct, indirect, or cumulative effects on the quality of the human or natural environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared. A copy of the EA and Draft FNSI are available for review and comment at the following libraries: Fort Belvoir MWR Library, and Fairfax County Public Library at the following locations: Lorton Branch, Sherwood Regional Branch, and Kingstowne Branch. The documents are also available at: http://www.belvoir.army.mil/environdocssection2.asp. Comments on the EA and Draft FNSI should be submitted by mail to Mr. Felix M.
