A man was shot and injured in the Johnston Square neighborhood of East Baltimore on Sunday afternoon, police said.

The man was found with a gunshot wound to the back of the head in the 1100 block of Harford Ave. around 4:05 p.m., police said. The 23-year-old victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
