NOTICE OF SECRETARY'S DECISION The Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has issued Secretary's Order Number 2017-W-0022 which authorizes NPN Building II, LLC to perform the following activities: To construct a 12 slip marina and community crabbing and fishing pier for the Waters Run Community consisting of a 5 by 110 foot long pier, a 5 by 88 foot long dock, four (4) 4 by 11 foot long finger piers, twenty (20) mooring pilings, and a 10 by 8 foot long kayak launch in Dirickson Creek across from the Waters Run community entrance on Old Mill Bridge Road, Waters Run, Frankford, Sussex County, DE. The Secretary's Order is available for public inspection at the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE. For additional information, please call 302-739-9943. Any Person whose interest is substantially affected by this Order may appeal to the Environmental Appeals Board, as set forth in 7 Del.C. §6008, within 20 days of this announcement of the decision.
